Full-Time Neuropsychological Testing Technician
Neuro Health Arlington Heights is seeking compassionate Neuropsychological Testing Technicians to provide care for children, adolescents, and adults in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Salary$18 – $20 per hour (commensurate with training and experience)

- Administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to children, adolescents, and adults
- Score and organize test data for provider review
- Assist in the development of written reports under supervision
- Conduct structured behavioral observations during assessment sessions
- Support clinicians working within a systems‑based, patient‑and‑family‑centered practice model
- Communicate professionally with families, schools, and healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with caseload management
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field required;
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology strongly preferred - Strong interest in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, with motivation to develop advanced testing and report‑writing skills
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical, educational, or related settings
- Ability to administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests following structured procedures
- Solid observational skills, including the ability to document behaviors and testing responses accurately
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, including timely scoring, documentation, and workflow management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, families, and community providers
- Comfort working within a systems‑based model, including coordination with schools, healthcare professionals, and other community organizations
- Ability to maintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, and evidence‑based assessment practices
- Willingness to participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team collaboration
- Tuesdays & Saturdays required workdays
Neuro Health Arlington Heights has served the Chicagoland area for over 20 years, providing psychological testing and neuropsychological testing, treatment, systems/case management, and school consultation and advocacy services to children, adolescents and adults.
