• Have experience in all the basic duties of a caregiver/CNA (bathing assistance, transfer assistance, continence care, eating assistance, etc.)
• Provide CPR card and TB test upon hire
• Provide State  Driver's License and Social Security Card upon hire
• Go through a state/national background check
• Provide references

Additionally, the agencies do a comprehensive background screening, training and verification of skill competency. “Each AHHC agency has a robust pool of caregivers but we are always looking to hire additional caregivers that meet our guidelines and criteria for caring for our clients,” Gail said.
