Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Our mission is to guide patients toward mental wellness through exceptional holistic care, including medication management, psychological assessment, and therapy.

• Location: Onsite - 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 11 am – 8 pm (three nights a week with one hour break)

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non‑licensed program therapists (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC), overseeing IOP/PHP initiatives and performance metrics.
• Support Program Therapists conducting IOP/PHP group sessions and one‑on‑one therapy.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental‑health needs and intervention strategies for Enrollment into the IOP.
• Lead manualized DBT/CBT skill‑based groups and offer psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with patients and families to ensure continuity of care from treatment initiation to discharge.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services using evidence‑based modalities.
• Document all required information in the Advanced MD EMR/EHR platform.
• Evaluate progress and therapeutic effectiveness, collaborating with the treatment team.

• Base salary $70iseerdk‑80k+ with evening shift incentive.

• Fully licensed in Illinois as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• At least 2 years of supervising or leading pre‑licensed therapists.
• Experience with group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations, diagnoses, and co‑occurring disorders.
