The Heart Code Training Specialist provides initial training for Health Stream’s Heart Code customers, as well as ongoing training and consultative support, to ensure effective use of all Heart Code products. The Heart Code Training Specialist also provides sales support as needed by participating in pre-contract Heart Code pilots, and Heart Code e-learning workshops. The Heart Code Training Specialist supports the Health Stream/Laerdal partnership through participation in collaborative events and training opportunities.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Training, Education, Healthcare or related discipline preferred.
• At least one year of experience teaching adults, with documented success.
• Sound grasp of adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of AHA BLS and ACLS requirements and guidelines required.
• Clinical experience required.
• Software application training experience a plus.
• Experienced BLS/ACLS instructor, especially using Heart Code products, highly desired.
• Prior experience as a Health Stream Learning Center administrator a plus.
