Kenneth Young Center is seeking an experienced behavioral health clinician to provide in-person outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and case management to adults in the Northwest Chicago suburbs. The role supports independence through community-based services and coordinates care across PSH buildings and other settings.
The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, IL IM-CANS certification within 30 days, and a valid Illinois driver’s license.
