Job Responsibilities

• Consult with business SMEs and Operations teams to ensure all Oracle interfaces are configured, tested and working properly across client’s organization
• Coordinate between Information Services and the Business, Oracle Support and OMCS (Oracle Managed Cloud Services) for Service Requests and problem resolution to expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow and incorporate IT best practices.
• Analyze functional specifications, closely work with stakeholders on design change and work with development team on customization.
• Work on enhancements in existing business processes through customization or automation, gap analysis, blueprint design, assisting business workshop and validation of functionality.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Analyze and prepare functional specification documents for technical team to work on code changes for load programs.
• Recommend new equipment or software upgrades/packages in Oracle Cloud ERP; OIC; BICC
• Review and analyze Oracle ERP performance indicators to locate code problems, and correct errors by correcting code scripts.
• Specify inputs accessed by the Oracle EBS system and plan the distribution and use of the reports and analytical results for decision making and business analysis
• Responsible for performing unit testing, IT testing and assist in UAT. Creation of test scripts using tools like SQL, Toad
• Analyze the Oracle SaaS APIs/Integrations, connection adapters, Connectivity Agents, Exception handling with Fault handlers and Global fault handlers
• Assist all phases of project from requirement gathering to analysis, testing, cut over, go-live, data migration and hyper care support.
