, software development life cycles, and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical execution
, ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and product management

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions
  , document user stories, and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements.
• Convert technical & architecture user stories into well-defined engineering tasks.
• Plan and maintain user stories and technical tasks ahead of 2-3 sprints.
• Identify user personas and define functional requirements accordingly.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to manage scope creep
  , assess feasibility
  , and provide level of effort analysis
  .
• Ensure ticket backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized product roadmap
  .
• Coordinate across multiple enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams
  .
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (Agile, SDLC, Testing).
• Experience in defining epics, stories, and tasks for client-facing products.
• Proven ability to work in large matrix organizations with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Agile certification (preferred).
