In this performance-driven, safety-focused role, you will oversee daily shop throughput, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently, safely and to exacting quality standards. You will lead and coach technicians, enforce standardized processes, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Partnering closely with estimators and customer service staff, you’ll support an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, compliant and modern work environment and developing your team’s professional growth.
