RN - Main Operating Room - Neurosurgery - Flex shift
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Main Operating Room specializing in Neurosurgery, located in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Responsibilities- Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after neurosurgical procedures.
- Assist surgical team with equipment setup and sterile techniques.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout surgery.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of neurosurgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flex shifts in a fast-paced environment.
