Job Summary

Are you an enthusiastic leader with a flair for animal care? We are seeking a dynamic Dog Daycare and Boarding Kennel Manager to oversee operations at our two bustling locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire:
    Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.
  • Create Fun and Safe Spaces:
    Develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
  • Drive Excellence:
    Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.
  • Engage with Clients:
    Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch.
  • Manage Operations:
    Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Promote Our Passion:
    Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement.
  • Weekends Included:

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation.
  • Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting.

  • Availability to work most weekends and holidays.
