We’re seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales
Associate to help grow our membership base. Sales Associates receive full training, hands-on experience, and career development opportunities.

Driven Offers a Competitive Compensation Plan that includes:

• Starting base pay of $16 per hour
• Commissions on individual sales
• Monthly incentive pay, creating an attractive all-in compensation package

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers through the car wash process with a smile and positive attitude
• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and membership options
• Promote a safety-conscious culture and safe working environment
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive service
• Participate in facility, equipment, and property upkeep
• Go above and beyond to help both customers and colleagues
• Weekend availability and schedule flexibility required

Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done
• Customer service experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Use of hands, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and kneeling
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs

Working Environment

• Must perform job duties safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Work is primarily outdoors in a typical car wash environment
• Must adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols
