Position Summary

We're seeking experienced, bilingual (Spanish-English) licensed insurance agents to handle a high volume of inbound leads generated through proven online campaigns. This is a full-time, remote sales position—ideal for driven professionals looking to grow their income and career in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle high-intent leads (15–20/day in IL)
• Conduct insurance quotes and close sales
• Build rapport with clients
• Manage renewals and customer follow-up
• Learn and sell policies from 200+ insurance companies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bilingual:
  Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Familiarity with CRM software and messaging platforms - Preferred
• Understanding of digital marketing and how it supports lead generation - Preferred

Education & Experience

• Active insurance license
• roven sales experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)
• Experience working with leads generated from social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) - Preferred
