You’ll work onsite with a team that values speed, accountability, clarity, and measurable performance.
Location: Arlington Heights, Illinois (onsite only)
What You’ll Do- Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal
- Make high-volume outbound calls to build and own your pipeline
- Conduct strong discovery conversations through phone and Zoom
- Keep CRM activity accurate, organized, and fully updated
- Follow up with discipline and close efficiently
- Hit and exceed activity and revenue targets
- You have B2B inside sales experience
- Comfortable making 60+ outbound calls per day
- Strong communicator: clear, confident, direct
- Able to close quickly without dragging out cycles
- Competitive and resilient — rejection doesn’t slow you down
- Organized, autonomous, and driven by performance

CompensationBase salary + uncapped commission + benefits
Earnings scale with performance:
- Year 1 OTE: $80k–$90k
- Year 3 OTE: $120k–$150k
