Position Overview:

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Sales Associate to join our team and help drive membership growth at D1 Arlington Heights. If you’re passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and are ready to be part of a dynamic and supportive culture, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business through lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns

Execute cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach to build your pipeline

Build strong relationships with prospective members, local schools, and sports organizations

️ Sell memberships, personal training packages, small group, and team training programs

Support front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a welcoming facility environment

Collaborate with coaches and team members to ensure a smooth and results-driven athlete experience

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in fitness sales or cold-calling

Charismatic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow

A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals
