Net Sfere is seeking an experienced Sales Director, Midwest to drive new business growth and customer expansion for its Net Sfere portfolio across the Midwest region. This role reports directly to the VP, Americas Sales. This is a key leadership role responsible for positioning and differentiating Net Sfere’s enterprise communication and customer engagement platforms while reinforcing disciplined pipeline development and forecast management practices.
The Sales Director will own the full enterprise sales lifecycle—from prospecting and account strategy through deal closure—while building strong, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Presales, and Delivery teams to identify and develop new opportunities across untapped and existing accounts. You will play an active role in shaping Net Sfere’s growth in your region by delivering differentiated, value-driven solutions to customers operating in regulated industries. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of proven enterprise sales experience, with a strong hunter mindset and a track record of successfully selling enterprise communication or related technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales efforts for Net Sfere Enterprise and Net Sfere Omnichannel across the Midwest region, with a primary focus on new logo acquisition
- Develop and execute a territory strategy centered on outbound prospecting, new customer acquisition, and selective account expansion
- Drive aggressive pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and disciplined deal execution
- Sell into key industry verticals including healthcare, financial services, and SMBs, as well as other regulated and compliance-focused organizations
- Position Net Sfere as a trusted secure communications platform for regulated industries
- Articulate differentiated value to both technical and executive audiences, from engineers to C-suite leaders
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior IT and business decision-makers across new accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Presales, Sales Operations, and Delivery teams to support sales execution
- Maintain a strong hunter mindset while contributing to a performance-driven sales culture
- Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets and support regional growth objectives
- Play a direct role in expanding Net Sfere’s footprint and market presence across the U.S. Midwest
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS/Solution sales experience, with a strong hunter profile
- Proven success selling enterprise software, communications, cybersecurity, or IT platforms
- Track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as Healthcare, Finance & Banking
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging C-level buyers
- Ability to run a disciplined, end-to-end sales process
- Self-starter mindset—strategic, accountable, and execution-focused
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed
