Allstar Services is seeking dynamic Residential Sales Consultants to join our team in the northwest suburbs.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Prescheduled Leads:
  Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.
• Consultative Selling:
  Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to each customer's unique requirements. Build strong, lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Quota Achievement:
  Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, maximizing earning potential through commission‑based compensation.
• Self‑Generating Sales
  
  Activities:
  
  Identify and pursue sales opportunities through self‑generated activities such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential customers.

• Self‑motivated, self‑confident, and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and interactive communication skills.
• Strong‑willed, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders to roofs; fearless and not afraid of heights.
