- The role of relocation consultant involves both providing the relocation service to clients (mostly expats) and sales activities, such as visiting corporate clients.
- Conducting web consultations with clients prior to their relocation.
- Assisting clients in finding and viewing properties, including introducing nearby areas.
- Providing information and settle-in service.
- Building relationships and negotiating terms with property owners or management companies.
- Supporting clients during the move-in process.
- Planning and conducting seminars to find potential clients.
- Valid Driver's license
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other basic computer skill
- Proficient in business level Japanese and English
- Willingness to obtain IL State Real Estate Salesperson license, preferably within the first 3 months
