Residential Concierge Security - FT Overnights 1AM-9AM $19/HR (Arlington Heights)

We are seeking a professional and reliable Overnight Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front‑desk role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Enforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systems
• Observe, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activity
• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environment
• Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concerns
• Adhere to all company policies, post orders, and client procedures
• Handle packages delivered to the site and place them in the mailroom accordingly
• Communicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractors
• Responsibly use company and client‑provided equipment for security and monitoring tasks
• Perform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisors

Qualifications:

• Must have a vehicle and be able to travel to Arlington Heights
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and a 20‑hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of residential concierge or front‑desk security experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to work independently and overnights
• Must pass a drug screening and background check

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift: Thursday–Monday, 1am–9am
• Pay Rate: $19/HR
