What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of security and fire systems hardware.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
  • Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Performance Objectives
  • Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
  • Deliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate service documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of experience in an installation role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
  • Experience installing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred.
  • NICET 1.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to using hand and power tools.

  • Time management and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
  • Must be able to work at heights.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Work Hours & Benefits
  • Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel to customer sites required.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
  • Generous PTO policy and six company holidays in the first year (PTO prorated year one).
Salary & Compensation
  • Company vehicle provided as soon as available, but no earlier than 90 days.
  • Company gas card.
