• Starting Pay Rate:
  Up to $30.00 per hour
• Walk-in Interviews:
  Monday-Friday 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. BRING A FRIEND!
• Flexible schedule options with no nights or weekends (as listed)

• Provides safe and reliable transportation service by operating a school bus or other vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
• Reports on time to duty and maintains routes safely and on schedule.
• Assists passengers during loading and evacuation in emergencies as needed.
• Follows company policies on student and passenger management; maintains professional appearance and conduct.
• Completes required paperwork (route change sheets, time cards, vehicle repair requests) timely.
• Utilizes vehicle equipment safely (including wheelchair lifts, radios, and emergency equipment).
• Other duties as assigned; additional responsibilities may apply for Paratransit Drivers per location.

• Must be at least 21 years of age; for certain locations, at least 25 years old per state law.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, all valid applicable state licenses and required certifications to operate company vehicles.
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; safety-sensitive role with potential random screenings.
• Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training.
• Must practice defensive driving and safe work habits.
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and contract-specific driver requirements.

• Comprehensive training leading to CDL and driver endorsements where available.
• Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage available. Retirement savings plan eligibility.
• Employer provides training investment to develop drivers.

All interested applicants for a Driver position begin with us as a Driver in Training. The program leads to placement in a Professional Driver role after successful completion of training.
