As a Receiving Clerk, you will work under the direction of the Receiving Department Manager. Your primary responsibilities involve managing incoming shipments, which includes unloading transport vehicles, signing for deliveries, opening containers, and recording all incoming items into our various inventory management platforms.
You will be responsible for identifying incoming customer goods by their specific model, applying asset tags and labels, and moving items to their designated warehouse spots. To ensure complete inventory precision, you will verify your own work by reviewing backlogs and conducting regular audits.

- Collaborate closely with your colleagues to successfully reach the objectives established by leadership.
- Prior background in shipping and receiving roles.
- Capacity to excel in a high-volume environment with rapid order and receipt processing.
- Proficiency in inventory management tasks such as asset tagging, bin location tracking, stock transfers, and cycle counts.
- Experience utilizing asset tags within a barcode-driven inventory system.
- Competency in using email and navigating Windows-based and web applications.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated self-motivation in a professional setting.
- Proven organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to make informed decisions by following established operational guidelines.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Availability for a flexible 1st shift schedule (8:30-5, 9:30-6, or 10:30-7) with daily overtime requirements.
- Physical capability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs repeatedly, and remain standing for 8+ hours at a time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize your workload based on set procedures.
- A track record of reliable and consistent attendance.
- High school diploma or GED.
