Customer Service Representative

Astound is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support residential and business customers using our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving service, billing, and technical issues while delivering a customer-first experience. You'll troubleshoot connectivity problems, process account updates, and educate customers on our broadband and WiFi solutions.
