Front Counter Representative

Astound is seeking a Front Counter Representative to be the face of our local office, welcoming walk-in customers and delivering an exceptional service experience. In this role, you'll handle payments, equipment exchanges, account updates, and basic troubleshooting while educating customers on Astound's internet, TV, and phone solutions. You'll identify needs, recommend packages, and process new orders in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Working closely with local teams, you'll support a customer-first culture, maintain accurate records, meet service and sales targets, and help resolve issues with professionalism and care.
