Customer Service Store Associate

Astound is hiring a Customer Service Store Associate to support customers with high-speed internet, TV, and phone services in a retail environment. You'll greet visitors, answer product and billing questions, process orders and payments, and help troubleshoot basic service issues. Using our systems, you'll set up new accounts, upgrades, and equipment while identifying solutions that fit customer needs.
