Substitute Teacher

Overview

The Arlington Public Schools seeks qualified substitute teachers to work on a per diem basis to cover for classroom teachers, special educators and specialists who are absent from the District. Pay is $120 per day. We use an automated system, Frontline Technologies Absence Management, for substitute assignments.

• Provide daily substitute coverage for classroom teachers, special educators, and specialists who are absent from the District.
• Assignments are primarily at the elementary school and middle school levels.

• Qualified candidates will have experience with and a love for working with children.
