Special Education Teacher/Learning Specialist

Ottoson Middle School is looking for a long term substitute Special Education Teacher for August
- November 2026, to cover for a teacher on a leave of absence.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Special Education Preferred
• Two or more years successful teaching experience in Special Education
• Massachusetts Certification in Special Education Preferred (Moderate/Severe)

Reports To:

Special Education Coordinator & Building Principal

Job Goal:

Responsible for planning instruction and/or curricula adaptations for included special needs students which allow students to meet high standards and success in typical settings.
