Teaching Assistant

Pay Range: $23hr - $25hr

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support classroom instruction and student development in a structured academic environment. The ideal candidate will assist teachers, provide academic and social-emotional support to students, and help maintain a safe and nurturing learning atmosphere.

• Support teachers in the implementation of curriculum and classroom activities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Provide academic support, accommodations, and modifications as required.
• Facilitate student transitions between classes and throughout the school.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, arrival, dismissal, and staff absences.
• Provide social-emotional support and model appropriate behavior and communication.
• Assist in designing and implementing classroom activities as needed.
• Complete required student-related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain classrooms and learning environments.
• Proctor testing sessions and provide required accommodations.
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and administrative staff.
• Follow school policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience working with XX or adolescents preferred.
