Qualifications
  • Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as an elementary or early childhood teacher (preferred)
  • SEI Endorsement preferred.
  • Experience working with students at the elementary level.
Overview

Stratton Elementary School is accepting applications from applicants interested in teaching 5th Grade as a long-term substitute at the beginning of the  school year.

Candidates for this 5th grade teaching position should be appropriately licensed for the position. Candidates must also be collaborative professionals who will work with grade level teams and regular and special educators throughout the school and district. Must love working with children and be willing to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students in the classroom. In addition, Arlington expects teachers to work diligently and collaboratively to implement the District's approved curriculum for all subjects.
