Hair Stylist at Park West Salon
Job Description
Park West Salon is looking for a friendly, motivated, Massachusetts-licensed Hair Stylist to join our established Arlington salon.
We welcome both experienced stylists and newer stylists who are ready to build their clientele.
An existing book of business is helpful, but not required.
Our salon offers a bright, spacious, professional environment, regular client traffic, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.
CompensationStylists are guaranteed at least $20 per hour
. When your earned commission exceeds the hourly guarantee for the pay period, you will be paid 50% commission instead
. This gives you the security of guaranteed hourly pay while providing the opportunity to earn substantially more as your clientele grows.
- Current Massachusetts cosmetology license
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong customer service and consultation skills
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Experienced stylists or newer stylists eager to grow
- Existing clientele is helpful, but not required
