Empower students with your expertise as a skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) in a rewarding contract position near Arlington, MA. This opportunity invites qualified SLP professionals—including Clinical Fellows (CFs)—to provide targeted support and make a meaningful impact on student communication development in a supportive school environment.
You will directly support a small, manageable caseload of 10 to 14 students, ensuring high‑quality, individualized therapy sessions. Your schedule features 10 to 14 hours of direct therapy and 2 to 4 hours of indirect services weekly, offering a balanced approach to hands‑on care and essential planning or collaborative work.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and eligibility or possession of CCC‑SLP credentials
- Recent graduates eligible;
Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply - Experience in school‑based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students, following IEP goals and school guidelines
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of progress and services provided
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Offer case management support and participate in IEP meetings, as needed
