Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • School-based SLP experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to 10 – 14 students (10-14 hours weekly)
  • Deliver 2 – 4 hours of indirect support and case management
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
