Overnight CNA​/CHHA

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Overnight CNA/CHHA to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs while closely monitoring resident safety during overnight hours. You'll document care, follow individualized care plans, and promptly report changes to nursing staff.

You will also support a warm, engaging environment by responding to resident needs with patience and respect, collaborating with teammates, and upholding Brightview's resident-first, hospitality-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight assistance with residents' activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor residents' comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night, promptly responding to call bells and needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and safety techniques.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document care provided and any notable observations in accordance with community policies.
• Support residents in memory care with patience, redirection, and reassuring communication.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment, following infection control standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care.
• Participate in shift handoffs, training, and team meetings to support continuity of care.
• Uphold Brightview's resident-first, hospitality-focused culture through respectful, compassionate interactions.
