CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Scituate, MA. We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers who are available for long-hour shifts and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients at home.

Your Role

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe environment
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Able to work longer shifts as scheduled
