Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative
Earn up to $89,000+ with uncapped commission potential. Base salary of $39,000 with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned Greater Boston, MA territory.
- Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
- Engage in technical discussions through demonstrations and presentations.
- Execute sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
- Prepare sales information for customers and distribute marketing material.
- Participate in special sale events and remain knowledgeable of product developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation.
- Experience in telephone, marketing or sales background in telecommunications preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
- Self‑starter, detail oriented, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
- Must meet physical requirements: walking or traveling to visit properties, lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for extended periods.
- Base salary: $39,000.
- Commission: uncapped; target $50,000 annually.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus (once).

- Floating holiday: 40 hours per year.
