Pay: $70,000.00 - $ per year

Earning Potential: $70,000 to $100,000+.

Job Type: Full‑time, in‑person.

• Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls with professionalism and urgency
• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step through email, calls, text and video
• Consistently follow up to build relationships and create opportunities
• Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and delivering a great customer experience
• Contribute to a positive, team‑first dealership environment

• Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed
• Positive, confident, and high‑energy presence
• Team player who wants to grow and win with the group
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
