Astound is seeking a Retail Telecommunications Sales Representative to connect customers with high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. In this in-store role, you'll engage walk-in traffic, qualify needs, and recommend broadband, WiFi, and streaming solutions that fit each customer. You'll explain features, pricing, and promotions, handle objections, and close sales while delivering a customer-first experience. Working with cutting-edge fiber-rich technologies, you'll update orders in our systems, support self-install readiness, collaborate with teammates, and help drive Astound's growth in local communities.
