The Town of Arlington is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time position in our Administration department. This employee will perform a variety of complex, responsible and confidential administrative duties requiring knowledge of organizational procedures and precedents. This position requires clerical skills, accounting skills, and other related work.
Applicant must have a High School Diploma or equivalent & a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in secretarial, clerical, customer service, and human resources tasks. Must possess certification as PSHRA-CP or equivalent or have the ability to obtain within 12 months.
