Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and become a key part of a fun, supportive office that values your communication skills and commitment to excellence. You'll play a central role in helping customers get the service they need—while keeping our technicians organized and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC or plumbing service appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening, problem-solving, and offering solutions
  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and priority of service requests
  • Coordinate with the service team to adjust schedules in real-time
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job updates in our scheduling software
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
  • Support general office duties as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)
  • Dispatching experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-player attitude
