This role focuses on developing and maintaining systems that define standards and increase productivity through effective management of people, facilities, and technology. The Industrial Engineer will tackle organizational and operational challenges, apply Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve quality, and support cost‑reduction initiatives while ensuring on time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Strong understanding of high‑level processes across multiple Operations functions.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvements.
- Working knowledge of line balancing techniques to reduce work‑in‑process and improve flow.
- Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and RIO calculations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
- Specialized working knowledge across areas such as planning and scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, assembly and manual assembly, inspection, documentation, defect identification and correction, material handling, packing, visual inspection, sorting and rework, maintenance, remodeling, construction, warehouse operations, barcode scanning, cycle counting, Bills of Lading, invoicing, inventory management, engineering/technical functions, gage control, and schematics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field.
- 5+ years of related experience
- Ability to develop 2-D layout renderings utilizing AutoCAD.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommendations at all levels of the organization.
- Software knowledge with MS Office, Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Oracle experience
