This is a 3rd shift position: 11:00 pm-7:30 am (Sunday evening-Friday morning)
Overall SummaryAs Supervisor, Production, you will supervise all aspects of both lean value stream and traditional manufacturing product lines across all shifts.
You will also mentor direct reports to further develop the skills required for their job functions and interface with engineering, production, quality, scheduling, and corporate work teams to facilitate manufacturing operation.

Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Your ExperienceMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Experience in some or all of the following disciplines highly preferred: medical device manufacturing, foundry, CNC machining, metal finishing, cleaning of metals/plastics, packaging, quality.
- Training and/or experience in the following is preferred: GMP, GD&T, lean manufacturing, mainframe computer systems, Microsoft office applications.
