Miller Manufacturing & Engineering is seeking a Production Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Arlington, TN. In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, and ensure safety standards while leading a team to meet production goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing techniques, and experience in CNC machining. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management is preferred.
