Production Technician - 2nd Shift

Position: Production Technician I - 2nd Shift - $22.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium

* What You Will Do:

*
* The Production Technician I supports manufacturing operations by issuing materials, performing packaging activities, and maintaining accurate documentation in a regulated environment.

+ Issue materials to manufacturing orders and support production activities across SJO, Biologics, Augment, or Xerogel operations

+ Perform packaging operations including blister packaging, pouch sealing, cartoning, shrink wrapping, labeling, and operating digital scales

+ Complete accurate documentation and data entry, including routers and Device History Records, in compliance with GMP and GDP standards

+ Operate and clean equipment (including Miele washers) and perform required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleanings

+ Execute preventive maintenance tasks on time and participate in daily management and continuous improvement activities

+ Demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, dependability, and a strong customer/service mindset

+ Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal), follow safety, housekeeping, and ergonomic practices, and speak up on safety or quality concerns

+ Meet physical and scheduling requirements, including standing or sitting for extended periods, operating machinery, wearing PPE, working overtime as needed, and showing motivation to learn, cross-train, and grow

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Minimum of twelve (12) months of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:

+ May involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as appropriate.

+ May be required to reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.

+ Coordination of eye, hand, and/or foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention ability.

+ Require usage of PPE in designated areas.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.

$22.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
