As the FSS, you are our lead playmaker. You are responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from high-speed lead response and nurturing to conducting consultations and closing the sale. You aren't just selling a workout; you are prescribing a solution that helps athletes (ages 7 to Pro) reach their ultimate goals.

• You are comfortable on the phone, via text, and in person. You know how to ask the right questions to uncover a prospect's "Why."
• You believe in the D1 mission. You don't just sell—you provide recommendations you genuinely believe will change lives.
• You keep the "front end" game-ready—organized, clean, and professional.

• Relentlessly follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails to set and confirm appointments.
• Meet with prospects, understand their athletic goals, and prescribe the perfect D1 program.
• Expertly manage client notes and lead status in Mindbody to ensure no athlete falls through the cracks.
• Maximize client retention through elite customer service and participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your edge.
• Close out each day by tracking your wins, inventory, and KPIs.

• 1+ years in sales and customer service (fitness industry experience is a major plus).
• Proven ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
• Must be high-energy and poised when interacting with everyone from parents to professional athletes.
