Salary: $24-$28 per hour
Shift: 7am-4pm Monday – Friday

What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Assessing, maintaining, and resolving maintenance concerns related to electrical, mechanical, building, and facility systems
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as operational inspections on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, fire systems, and elevators
- Supporting energy conservation by monitoring and adjusting building energy management systems for optimal efficiency
- Collaborating with outside vendors and contractors on scheduled and unscheduled repairs
- Conducting repairs in plumbing, welding, carpentry, drywall, mudding, painting, and electrical
- Reading and interpreting building drawings, as-builts, one-line diagrams, and schematics
- Tracking and storing inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment accurately
- Supporting office and warehouse set-up activities and workspace improvement initiatives
- Participating in facility emergency response activities (inclement weather, spills, releases, etc.)
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and prioritizing tasks based on urgency; escalating complex issues as needed
- Performing other duties or projects as assigned by Facilities Manager and/or Senior Technicians
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in facility maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Possess knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generator equipment, fire systems, and elevators
- Are skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Can manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment efficiently
- Are comfortable working with vendors and contractors on repairs
- Are detail-oriented, safety conscious, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Can participate in emergency response activities as needed
- Preferably have experience in carpentry, welding, drywall, painting, and general facility repairs
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and grow in your career
