We are looking for a Combatives Coach who has lived the “blood, sweat, and tears” of high-level grappling. If you’ve spent years on the mat and want to translate that mental toughness and technical mastery into a career, this is your training ground.

You will lead our membership in high-energy workouts, 1-on-1 sessions, and team training with a heavy focus on combat sports, grappling mechanics, and power development. From 7-year-old beginners to seasoned adults and pro athletes, you are the catalyst that helps them reach their peak.

• The Pedigree: 4+ years of collegiate wrestling or high-level grappling (BJJ/Judo) experience is strongly preferred. We value the “mat hours” you’ve put in.

  Valid Personal Training or Combatives related Certification

• Lead group workouts and personal training with a focus on speed, strength, and combative movement.
• Conduct athlete evaluations and goal‑setting sessions to ensure every member has a roadmap to success.
• Represent D1 at local combines, competitions, and marketing events.
• Maintain the “D1 Way”—delivering a world‑class experience to every person who walks through the door, from youth athletes to pros.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
