Sr. Accountant

Senior Accountant Needed in Arlington // Immediate Impact Opportunity // Hybrid

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

• Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Select AP and AR work as support is needed from Staff Accountant.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Monitor accounting processes and make improvements to strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
