Tax & Assurance Associate

TKR is an independent full‑service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals.

• Prepare federal and state tax returns.
• Research relevant tax issues and communicate their impact on clients’ businesses.
• Prepare year‑end tax projections and develop and deliver tax planning strategies.
• Plan assurance engagements and prepare financial statements.
• Conduct testing procedures, identify and assist in resolving client issues.
• Perform other financial reporting matters.

• BS or MS in Accounting.
• Solid academic performance and achievement in relevant areas of study.

• Technical accounting knowledge.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Relevant internship or work experience is helpful, but not required.

Competitive salary range: $78,000–$80,000 annually, with bonus potential. Benefits include:
