Job Responsibilities- Utilize research, foundational tax, and accounting skills to identify potential risks and opportunities on a variety of tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, projections, and models
- Learn from on the job coaching and mentoring
- Build on technical skills by keeping up with industry trends and technical authorities and applying them to complex situations
- Demonstrate effective project and time management skills by prioritizing a variety of tasks and delegating work to associates
- Support the growth and development of team members and help associates meet their professional goals
- BS/BA degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of public accounting experience
- Self-motivation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Foundational knowledge of technical tax concepts
- CPA or EA license is preferred, but not required
