Sands Capital is seeking a highly organized Sr. Associate to join the Alternatives Finance and Operations Team at its Arlington, VA headquarters on a hybrid schedule (three days in‑office).
You will support funds accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and day‑to‑day fund administration under US GAAP, with focus on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting/finance, CPA preferred, and strong Excel skills.
