Role DescriptionThis is a flexible-hours, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Burleson, TX) for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating project schedules, communicating with clients and vendors, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include organizing project documentation, providing administrative support, and liaising with the production team to meet project requirements.
Qualifications- Experience in project management, project coordination, and administrative support
- Experience in hospitality procurement or hospitality project management is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and manage project schedules and timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred
